Homemade jams and marmalades are so much better than anything you can buy at the grocery store and it’s so easy to make.

Peanut Butter Cookies are next in line with chocolate chip. So delicious and I always make them with a bit of crunch.

This bean salad will last up to a month in the fridge. Great to have on hand and waiting for when someone drops by or just for snacks.

This is a basic scone or biscuit recipe with rolled oats. You can add raisins or your choice of berry. A perfect breakfast biscuit

Rhubarb as a dessert – who would have thought. This recipe is absolutely delicious. Serve with cream or ice cream.
