2 Minute Chocolate Crunch

Indulge yourself with chocolate treats.  1 1/2 minutes in the microwave; in the freezer to firm it up and then cut into squares.

2 Minute Chocolate Crunch

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup Rice Krispies
Pinch of sea salt

Optional
handful mini marshmallows
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Line a 8×8″ pan with parchment paper.  Add chocolate chips, peanut butter and salt in a large (4 cup) glass measuring cup or bowl.  Melt on high in microwave.  It takes about 1 1/2  minutes in a high powered microwave; 2 to 3 minutes in a smaller one.  Stir until smooth – with the exception of the peanut pieces of course.  Add Rice Krispies.  If you decide you want the marshmallows and walnuts, add them now.  Stir until all mixed together evenly.   

Spoon into pan and place in freezer for about 20 minutes. Cut into squares. 

TIP:  Best kept in fridge until it’s ready to be shared / eaten.
