Cream Cheese Mints
Seriously, these will be the easiest candies you’ve ever made. But, you’ll have to make a huge batch because they are addictive. They literally melt in your mouth
ngredients:
1 pk cream cheese (softened
2 tbsp soft butter
1 ½ cups icing sugar
pinch mint flavouring
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese; gradually add icing sugar and beat well. Add flavouring (it only takes a drop) and mix well. Divide batter into 4 portions. Add favourite food colours to each portion and mix well. Roll into 1 tsp balls and lay on a lined cookie sheet. using a fork gently make an imprint into each candy. Refridgerate overnight and serve.
