Happy Birthday

Oh my goodness, Ruby!  I was just reading the birthday card I sent you last year.  Now where did those 365 days go and now it’s your 75th…. well I know I am a day late.  Oops!  But I do hope you’ll accept belated greetings.  After all, you will be 75 for the whole year 🙂

Happy Birthday Ruby

You are a very special person
who has spent a lifetime of giving
in many different ways
~ ways that really count.

You give others the gift of laughter
you give words of comfort
you are quick to praise
and slow to criticize
You take time for people
~time to talk awhile
~time to understand
You share their joys and sorrows
and you give help when it is needed.

You are precious!

Today is a special day
A celebration of your birth
February 17, 1949
Born in the Year of the Ox.

A person born in this year is
 reliable, stable, and patient.
The ox represents
diligence, perseverance, honesty,
down-to-earth persistence,
and hard work.
That is so YOU!

May today be the
start of something wonderful
as you begin
another trip around the sun
with each new day
starting with fresh eyes and
with excitement and wonder

Here’s to life, love and laughter

Wishing you the very BEST
