Merry Christmas from My Home to Yours
It was wonderful to get together with all of you throughout the year and such an honour to, on times, host our drumming circle in Sandy Point. Sure hope we can do the same in 2026.
How I love making special cards for the special people in my life. These electronic ones are not quite a nice as the paper kind but it’s still such a pleasure for I hold each one of you in my thoughts and in my heart.
To me, each of you is like a unique tapistry which you are weaving yourself. You are making sure that every minute holds a thread of importance, allowing each day to evolve into a new pattern which is laced with meaning and purpose and love. Keep weaving my friends.
Wishing You …
many hours of drumming
laughter in each and every day
the special joys of family
and
the warmth of friendship
I hope you have
a WONDERFUL Christmas
and
may the coming year
be one of health, happiness and adventure
Hope | Peace | Love | Joy

Each year I include a recipe with my cards.
This Year's Recipe
Turkey and Dressing Casserole (Christmas 2025)
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1/4 cup celery (chopped)
1/4 cup salad dressing
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Dressing
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp savoury
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Make dressing and divide in half. Spread 1/2 of dressing on bottom of casserole dish (9x9x2). Combine chicken, onion, celery and salad dressing. Spoon over dressing. Top with remaining dressing.
Combine egg and milk mixing well and pour over the casserole. Refrigerate for about 2 hour. Pour soup over casserole and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
TIP: This is a great way to use up some of that leftover turkey. But you can also try it with chicken or fish.
