Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

This is the fastest fudge you will ever make in your entire life and you will absolutely LOVE it!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

1 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup corn syrup

Directions

Line a 8×8″ pan with parchment paper.  Add all ingredients in a large (4 cup) glass measuring cup or bowl.  Melt on high in microwave.  It takes about 2 minutes in a high powered microwave; 3 minutes in a smaller one.  Stir until everything is smooth – with the exception of the peanut pieces of course.  

Pour into pan and place in fridge for about 6 hours. Cut into squares. 

NOTE:  If you use smooth peanut butter, reduce the amount to 1 cup.  Everything else remains the same

TIP:  The fudge is best kept in fridge until it’s ready to be shared / eaten.
