Three Studs and A Lollipop
I gave you a tub of butter
which was really meant for George
but the other things in the gift bag
were indeed meant as yours
What I didn’t send you
for the bag was way too small
were three 8-foot pieces of 2×6
that are meant for your bedroom wall.
So I put it in your bank account
stuffed it right in and didn’t stop
With just enough change leftover
To get George a lollipop.
