Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients
2 pounds beef
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ cups beef broth
2 tbsp onion soup mix
4 medium carrots, sliced
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, (optional)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground paprika
1 large bay leaf
Directions:
Cut beef in small chunks (bite size pieces) place in the pressure cooker. Sprinkle flour over top and mix through the meat. Add seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, soup mix, paprika). Add worcestersshire sauce, bay leaf and mix together. Prepared and add vegetables and mix everything together.
Cook on low for 7 hours (or high for 3 to 4 hours). Be sure to remove the bay leaf before serving
