Hamburger Casserole

Anything macaroni is great, but when it is made with Cream of Mushroom soup and cheese, you really can’t go wrong

Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni noodles
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.  Bring about 4 cups water to a boil and cook macaroni noodles until tender.

Using a large fry pan, brown beef and onion; add chili powder, salt and pepper.  Mix soups and corn together and add to cooked hamburger. Add macaroni and mix well.  Put in 9 x 13 baking dish.  Bake 35 to 40 minues.  Cover with grated cheese for the last 15 minutes.
