I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a pot luck that hasn’t had at least one hash brown casserole. People seem to love it. I wondered why! Seems I had not tasted this receipe. It is a winner with all who like creamy sauces – me included.
Hash Brown Casserole

2 cups shredded cheese
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
Topping
2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well; place in 9×13 casserole dish. Combine corn flakes and butter and spread over top.

Frozen hash browns is not something I normally have on hand in my freezer, so I just make my own.
