Some days are tough
Some days are even tougher
Then, the tears form a rainbow
and the sun breaks through.
On Sunday I watched your Faith family
surround you with love and form a rainbow.
It was beautiful!
We each carry a backpack
on this journey of ours.
Sometimes it gets overloaded
with the burdens of every day
– the injustices, the grief,
the sadness, the struggles.
I hope today is filled
with rainbows
and that your load is lighter.
